The first MVU meeting took place in Jordan in September 2004 and was attended by all partner institutions. The Jordanian media took an interest in the meeting; here are some of the press articles and a TV interview with the host partner.

Egyptian News, September 2004- February 2005
The second MVU meeting took place in Cairo at the end of January 2005. The Egyptian media showed interest not only in Ain Sham's particpation in MVU and hosting of the meeting but also in the number of students who are now interested in e-learning (online courses).
